We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Senator Jack Williams for his continued support of the Turner Stallions! Because of his dedication and generosity, our students are able to enjoy meaningful improvements here at school such as new playground equipment with shading, customized benches, umbrellas for picnic tables, a pickleball court, and a mile long paved running track. Many of these enhancements give students more opportunities for active play, which helps reduce stress and improve focus. As a result, students return to the classroom more attentive, and ready learn! These enhancements make a lasting difference in the daily experiences of our studentsi and staff. We truly appreciate everything Senator Williams does to invest in our school and strengthen our community. Your support does not go unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful! Ms. Atchison and Mrs. Weaver’s classes held a March Madness competition where teams competed by answering questions on IXL. 🏀 The GOATS came out on top, answering an incredible 5,307 questions correctly! This week, we would like to take a moment to celebrate two very special members of our school family! A huge thank you to our wonderful Assistant Principal, Mrs. Waltman, as we celebrate Assistant Principals Day this week, and to our amazing Media Specialist, Mrs. Odom, who we recognized last Friday for Media Specialist Day.
